DP Piston Actuator (Retrofit) Actuator Review
The spring pack is designed to support safety and reduce down time when obtaining access to the valve cavity.
The housing interfaces with the existing bonnet retaining profile and supports a pre-energised spring assembly.
The spring plate assembly is designed to reduce the overall length of the actuator assembly and supports the interface of the existing stem and down stop assembly.
The stem interface area has a thread lock to prevent back-off due to vibration or spring action.
The DP Piston assembly is designed to reduce fluid and supports a faster closing times.
The design also gives quick and safe access to meet assembly / disassembly and maintenance etc.
