Hydraulic Override Tool

The KCI hydraulic over-ride is designed to operate existing rising stem actuators as a secondary function and control device.

The KCI hydraulic over-ride is designed to support the actuator during the well work over or when the primary function and control is not available i.e. pneumatic, hydraulic or electric.

The KCI hydraulic over-ride can be used as a primary control unit in replacing the existing assembly. The KCI hydraulic over-ride is designed to suit the current operational parameters in addition offers faster closing times and less fluid displacements. 

Standard design offers a small and compact unit. 

Options include:

• Full stroke visual indicator (rising stem) with Go-switch electric indication.
• Stem protector for both the existing actuator and the KCI hydraulic over-ride.
• The hydraulic over-ride offers options in providing transport and fusible lockout caps.
