Mac-ProtecT is a coating designed to provide protection from the environment across a wide range of applications. It requires little of no preparation prior to application.
Designed to protect new or ageing structures and equipment from mild or hazardous environmental conditions - internal and external (subject to application).
Mac-ProtecT is a versatile product which can be applied to metal, wood and concrete across a wide range of industries including, oil and gas, marine, water, utilities, nuclear and construction.
For the oil and gas industry Mac-ProtecT is ideally suited for the protection of a wide variety of equipment and structures: wellheads, Christmas trees, downhole equipment, tubing, flowlines, pressure vessels, storage tanks, clamps, flanges, pipelines and buried pipelines.
The Mac-ProtecT is also used to protect new equipment against the environment, whether equipment is in storage (internal or external), in transit, or to afford protection against humidity and climatic changes. The aim being to reduce the need for costly re-machining or maintenance prior to use.
