We’re Hiring! Part-Time Office Administrator (6-Month FTC) – Aberdeen

Kinetics Controls & Innovation Ltd (KCI) is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced administrator to join our team and help drive our ambitions forward!

About the Role:

We need someone who can hit the ground running and provide expert administrative support across all business functions, from operations and finance to technical services and supply chain. This is a part-time position, ideally working 10am–2pm, Monday to Friday, but we’re happy to discuss flexibility.

** SharePoint Experience is Essential** To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience using Microsoft SharePoint in a business environment. You’ll be responsible for document control, data management, and supporting our teams using SharePoint as a central platform for collaboration and information management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to all departments (Finance, Engineering, QHSE, Supply Chain, Travel, Logistics, Workshop)

  • Manage office supplies, correspondence, and document control (with a strong focus on SharePoint)

  • Support meeting organisation, minute-taking, and action tracking

  • Assist with data management, reporting, and maintaining company registers

  • Help coordinate company events and logistics

  • Maintain a professional, welcoming office environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in an administrative role (essential)

  • Proven experience with Microsoft SharePoint (essential)

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information

Desirable:

  • Experience in a small business or similar industry

  • Familiarity with office equipment and software

  • Experience using Copilot
